The Homeowners Association
The Overlook at Marietta Country Club is comprised of a seven-member board of directors elected by a majority vote of the residents. The Board works closely with its property manager, Georgia Community Management, Inc., to manage the Association’s financial and organizational business, as well as oversee the community's vendors, amenities and common areas. We appreciate your suggestions and feedback to make OAMCC an even greater place to call home.

AMENITIES
Enjoy all that OAMCC has to offer
Our amenities include a junior Olympic lap pool, resort pool with water spray, water slide tower, grand clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, event green and pavilion. Membership for the exclusive Marietta Country Club and Golf Course is also available at an additional cost.

Members in good standing are issued two (2) amenity access cards for access to the pool and tennis courts. Owners are responsible to make sure that their renters have a card. A replacement card is $25.
CLUBHOUSE
The well-appointed Clubhouse is a beautiful space for your next party. It boasts a fireplace, ample seating, kitchenette and a wall of doors that open to a deck area and pool.
The clubhouse event rental fee is $140 with a $250 deposit. Check availability, review rules and regulations for use and complete a rental agreement below. Once your agreement is received, the clubhouse coordinator will reach out to make arrangements and finalize the reservation.

POOL
Grab a lounger and enjoy the junior Olympic lap pool with water slide tower or the relaxing resort pool with water spray fountain. The pool area opens in May and closes in September. Residents may access the pool area with a valid Amenity Card.
Please review the pool policies, rules and regulations. Each household is allowed up to six (6) accompanied guests. If you would like to schedule a pool party for a gathering of more than 6 guests, refer to the Pool Party Reservation instructions.
Tennis Courts
Five, lighted US Open Blue tennis courts are available for your use, seven days a week. Kindly abide by The Code of tennis, OAMCC Rules and tennis release.
OAMCC offers a number of tennis programs, including leagues. Interested in participating in our tennis programs or would like additional information?
Tennis Pavillion
The two-story, Family Pavilion overlooks the tennis courts and is available to all homeowners in OAMCC.
Enjoy the outdoors and reserve the pavilion for your next event. There is no rental fee, but a $100 deposit is required to reserve the space. Check availability, review rules and regulations for use and complete a rental agreement below. Once your agreement is received, a coordinator will reach out to make arrangements and finalize the reservation.
